Our 2018 Barbera Rosé is from the Oakmont Vineyard in Shenandoah Valley in the Sierra Foothills. The Barbera grown here at elevation enjoys warm days and cool nights helping to balance lively fruit from its large berries with crisp acidity. Limited skin contact at press leads to a pale color, some floral aromas, strawberry notes with some minerality and enjoyable finish. Drink on any warm San Francisco day.
